At the April 2024 Board Meeting, a question was asked from stockholders attending how the Annual Stockholders meeting’s voting and conduct was changed in the book. The board looked into it and it was approved by both the board and the stockholders at the 2018 Annual meeting. I have attached the meeting minutes.
