Contractor codes

Stockholders can contact the lake patrol and request a contractor code be issued to a specific contractor doing a project. The stockholder needs to provide information on project type and the length of time it will take to complete. In the event the project requires additional time, the lake patrol will have to be notified to issue a new contractor code with a specific length of time.

There will be a onetime billing for assessments and fees payable by June 30th of each year, with the option to pay incrementally (i.e. equal payments quarterly). See page 16 & 17 of the directory for additional details.

Community Center and pavilion or picnic ground facilities reservations requests have to be made by an adult member of the stockholder's immediate family. There is a $50 usage fee and and cleanup deposit fee of $100 paid in advance within 7 days of reservation. For additional details, see page 15 of the Rules, Regulations and Directory.
